UMPSA Outbound Mobility Programmes
UMPSA Outbound Mobility Programmes provide students with valuable international learning experiences that help them gain knowledge, skills, and cultural exposure to thrive in a global environment.
Selection of students is merit-based, considering both academic performance and personal qualities such as independence, maturity, initiative, and the ability to represent UMPSA and Malaysia positively.
Participants are expected to communicate effectively across cultures and engage actively in collaborative programmes organized with our partner universities through formal agreements.
1. HOW TO APPLY
REQUIREMENT AND ELIGIBILITY
- Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate programme at your home university.
- Proficient in English for academic and social communication.
- Maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or equivalent.
- Adhere to all policies and regulations of UMPSA or the host university.
- Cover all personal expenses incurred during the mobility programme.
- represent UMPSA throughout the programme.

PROGRAMME FEES
- Free waiver to local students who selects University those are under UMPSA MOU/MOA. Students are responsible for all living expenses, incidentals, and travel costs.
- Local students who wish to enter an exchange programme that is out of UMPSA’s MOU/MOA are require paying the fees provided by the selected University.
